okay, i know that freedom doesnt necessarily comes with age. but i'm 18, i do deserve some form of. respect and trust from you.

i know, i'm forever late for stuff~ i'm always waking uo late. but; i dont mean to.
i want to change. but i dont know how. alarms just dont wake me up and this morning.
i was just exhausted from the night before. i slept at 4.30* and i'm busy with projects. not from some. movie marathons or anything equally mindless.

i took the cab to school not because i'm too lazy to wait for the bus; but because i'm late for my project presentation. it is NOT a habit. i told you.~ why wont you believe me?

my lateness has already caused my team to be marked down by a grade. ours is not the only group but still~ must you send the horrible text? i know you have the right to do so~ but dont u know; i'm growing up to be a young adult and what you say affects me alot?

and; whatever i;m doing at the quays. are for my school project. i didnt choose the place, it was GIVEN. the horrible timing; ours is not the worst~ and after all that walking and taking of pictures. all i ask for. is like. 20mins for me to sit down and just. rest with my friends before going home. 20mins~~

as the eldest daughter. and your only daugther; i know it's natural you would be more protective of me. and i feel blessed to have your love, care and concern; but i'm growing up now. and i need some... occassional time offs to go off with my friends.

i dont do stupid stuff; i dont drink, get drunk and get really high. i dont come home late EVERY single day of the week.

all i ask for is. a little bit of trust, respect and space. and extra time. for me to truly enjoy that iced vanilla latte which i wna get just now. before that one phone call changes everything)):

Went down to the Quays again today; yes i know. AGAIN. LOL this project is killing the love I have for Clarke Quay. I guess, the phrase, "Absence makes the heart fonder" do ring a certain bell(:

Went down to Central together with my family and after my complaints of having the same old food at the food court, week in, week out; my dad treated us to this FABULOUS Japanese restaurant! (It was my choice though=p)

I LOVE LOVE TUNA SASHIMI!!

The tuna at the restaurant was unbelievably fresh and we had something zangy; the Sashimi Salad. There was tuna, salmon, octopus, squid and prawn roe and something unidentifiable amongst the greens and i LOVE the sauce it same in(:

I had my Tenpura Soba and it was the best! A bowlful of organic, buckwheat goodness(:

Met up with the girls later and we've decided to split; So in the end, Mel, Ley and I went down to Boat Quay and Aud & Esther went down to Clarke Quay. So of course! I rained again! Gosh. It is ALWAYS raining when I'm down there and we had to seek shelter. BUT it wasn't so bad because I had my lovelies with me(:

Saw some amazing Fireworks from the National Day Rehearsal and it was so pretty(((: We had tons of fun; fooling around and honestly; I've never felt closer to the girls before(:

Soon, Ley had to go off for her dance and so Mel and I went back to Clarke Quay to look for Aud & Esther(: I was deperately in need for a drink as I was so thirsty and the 1st thing that came into my mind to quench my thirst was Sex on the Beach(:

Hairyson ordered it the other time at Harry's Bar and it was sooo YUMMY! So we were looking around for a bar and we chose Crazy Elephant in the end(:

So i thought, like FINALLY! I could have my drink! And i heard this AWFUL! RIP coming from my feet and OHMIGOSH! It WASN'T my shoes but ESTHER'S!! FREAK! I had spoilt her slippers and she gave me the saddest look ever and the GRIP of her hand on my arm was enough to make me cry out. IT WAS HORRIBLE and thank GOD and the Developer for having Central right next to Clarke Quay or I'll have to take the train to Dhoby Ghaut to get her shoes!





The both of us rushed to Central and we had a Shoe Shopping Marathon. HAHAH; In the end, she got her lovely purple patent peep toe pumps and I fell into temptation and got this pair of BEAUTIFUL Nude strappy heels! It was AWESOME! And it costs only like. $20. Not sure about the quality of the heels but owell! Every girl loves her cheap thrills(:



Rushed back to Crazy Elephant and I ordered my cocktail straight AWAY! Esther got her trusty Long Island Iced Tea and Aud got Iced Mocha as she wasn't feeling too well; {Hope you're better now girlie!} and Mel got her OJ as she wasn't in the mood for anything Alcholic(:



The Live Music was INSANELY LOUD and we had to resort to texting and yelling to get ourselves heard!

okay; so about, 3 weeks ago, Esther and I decided to bake some cookies for harrison because he asked for; and i wanted to bake some yummy goodies for him to remember me by(:




It was surreal, as we had to bake our cookies from scratch and I'm the kind of person who is used to getting my home baked cookies from Famous Amos and Mrs. Field's.





The weighing, and sieving, and mixing were albeit tedious, but i'm so friggin proud of myself(: And i'm eternally grateful to Esther who offered to come and help me with my cookies which are stuffed full of love(: Even my mom chipped in and helped me with the squishing of batter; yes you heard me right. squishing because my electronic batter mixer broke down halfway~ LOL.






In the end; the cookies were made(: and were deemed absolutely delish! By my mom, Esther, Ley, Aud & Mel(: The jar was decorated and I tried my best to make it look good given my limited creativity juices(:

Later on; In the evening...





The SMILE ON HIS FACE(: Made me feel that all that hard work had paid off; and surprisingly; non were charred or badly deformed(:




The ice cream we had later on that night were extra sweet because it's the last night we were ever gna have dinner in a long long while, (so sorry for the depressing statement;) and he sang for me(((:

So, on Sunday, the day after Harrison left; the girls came over to my place to do project and to bake cookies. HAHAH. This time, it is ALSO to help Mel bakes some awesome cookies; stuffed with love(:



Mel took the trouble to sort the colors and arrange the rainbow icing to words~ GOSH; KAHENG! YOU BETTER APPRECIATE THIS!!!

The amount of flour and butter and sugar that we used were crazy and the me; the person in charge of mixing the batter because of my faulty electronic mixer; had such a fun time building muscles in my forearm.

Using the word, "ALOT" to describe the amount of batter; is seriously, an understatement~

And right after the cookie fever; my mom had transformed into the Domestic Goddess she was when i was little; When i was young, I used to have so much fun baking with her and my brothers and we would have the time of our lives, throwing flour at each other; much to my mom's dismay~




Somehow, all that came to a hiatus and THEN; she's back to baking; 1st, she baked the lovely vanilla cakes very much like the ones she would bake when we were little; and then she did COOKIES which were insanely YUMMY! THEN; an hour ago, she made me try her pizza which she made from scratch. I MEAN, WHO BAKES PIZZA FROM SCRATCH?! WOW. i was blown away! And was resenting the fact that; she could have at least; taught me how to do my own=p haha



True, the pizza may not be as good as the ones you get outside and the pizza base may be thick, this pizza may not have a crust and tomato sauce, sausage, onion and minced meat may be ALL the ingredients found on the pizza BUT, it is

okay, so i have got some more pictures of my tuesday at dempsey with my family(: BUT before i launch into that~ school is getting pretty intense nowadays. tons of projects to be done and they are all due around two weeks' time. finals are coming in a month's time and seriously.

2) craft out SOPHISCATED surveys
3) evaluate and analyse our projects
4) do formulas to find profibility, leverage, liquidity
5) write long reports
6) do executive summaries

and on top of that; find time to study for our 3papers middle of next month?!
i mean, okay, time management is very important especially in poly and stuff. but. honestly. year2 is insane~

IT WAS NERVES x 10 today! GOD! hahaha.

It was so fun! Walking from Suntec to Fullerton with you(: I've never seen a guy. Who had so much issues with the weather. BUT i guess, i dont know of any other guys who came back from a climate which had a temperature of around -10 deg celsius to 24 deg celsius~ haha

I LOVE IT when you trip over. hahaha It is probably the most fun thing to happen to the chef the entire day and dont feel embarrassed. It cracked me up more than anything! But really. You're clumsy! hahaha

THURSDAY 26 June

MY TREAT TODAY(: THURSDAY IS AMAZING. and i spent the whole day with you(: Whenever i go Borders now, i'm gna miss the seeking i have to go through, to look for you((:

We had a long long lunch. Over yummy sandwiches and a cup of too sweet Iced Chocolate~ LOVED the CK perfume you gave me and the Little Box of I LOVE You was just. so sweet(:

GOLFGOLFGOLF!!! GUYS; don’t make fun of golf. Ever. It is so. Insanely. Complicated and hitting the tiny ball is not as simple as you think. And it takes more than a few swings. You have to do it. With grace. Or you’ll end up twisting your back.(SILENT HAH=p)

It is so. Embarrassing at 1st; seeing how wonderfully hairyson and his friend, Albert played. I, am someone who had NEVER. Touched a golf club ever. In my entire. 18 years of my life. The 1st shot was pathetic. The ball. Barely rolled a metre and then it went off the deck. God. Hahaha
