GAHHH, It's 0457 now;
And my flight's at 1300.

It's just, so, surreal! I can't believe that, I'm FINALLY going off;
NOT for a holiday; but for a 6months internship.

It feels like; I'm saying GOODBYE, to everyone for a really, really long time;
When it actual fact; I'm sure 6mths pass by in a flash;

(Jason kept complaining that I'm being such a Drama Queen; As he keep saying that he get the impression from me, that I'm leaving for 10years for something.)

Spent my last day in SG, by going to a Christian Lacroix's (pronounced, Christi-ah-n Luh-Kw-ah) exhibition in the National Museum; and after that; I got the bad news that my dad had to stay back in the office due to some unknown error that had cropped up)):

Flown in, all the way from France!

GOT my two little brothers to meet me as it would be too depressing to spend the last night here having take out; SO we went down to Paragon and we dined at Fish & Co!

Dinner WAS FANTASTIC! Haven't eaten there in a long long time; And I don't know if there's a Fish & Co in Taipei, but I will definitely miss their Peri Peri Catch and their Sharkie's Freeze; among many others!

Went back to J8; where we caught a move; HOTEL FOR DOGS;
It mostly about family, love and the whole "never ever be apart"...

It is heart warming; there's a part where it COULD make you cry; if you're the emotional sort; but mostly; I remembered laughing like mad; and I left the theatre; with an even stronger conviction to get a dog:D (Yes, there was Marley & Me, and now THIS.)

OKAY, back to my sad goodbye; (Sorry, but I digress!)

It's so sad that the littlest couldn't make to tomorrow as he's having some kayaking competition;

She's always falling sick)): And have a ball of time in China! REMEMBER what the girl from Sasa; Marina Sq said! BE SURE TO TRAVEL ROUND! HAHA!

And you will be able to meet Dicky & Harrison too! When he's going there in June I think=p HAHA





ESTHER; I think I have ALOT to share with you over the next 6mths; HAHA. BUT, do try to accept me and my quirks okay?! Many people say; that living with your bestie; could be the bestest thing; or the worst; let's not; let it become the worst thing ever okay?!((: I'm glad I'm going with you darling!



AND HARRISON, you're the ONLY one; that I'm not saying goodbye to; in fact; I'll definitely see you in July isn't it?! When you go back home for the Summer holidays! BUT, I still feel, like; I'm going "away" from you too)): Aw): I guess, it's because of the fact that you're on a holiday now too! IMY oh!(:

Went down to the Taiwan Embassy to get our VISAS((: It's done! Can't believe we're really, going off on SUNDAY! (Sheila's already gotten the tickets from Jetstar online!)

Went back to school to get a photocopy of our Visas to the administration office; and we left to finally, have our lunch at Buddy Hoagies at 4:12! (I remember the time because we wanted to get the set lunch; but it's only till 4! HAH!)

She managed to snap this; without saying "1,2,3..." HAHA!


It was so fun!

We both has Fish & Chips; as we haven't had that in a long long time; and as usual; we (or rather, I) took TONS of pictures of our dearest ESTHER!!!!!





She's so cute; when she's so camera shy! HAHA!

After the main course; we played a game of "Rock, Scissors, Paper" and the LOSER; will have to go all the way to the counter to get ask for our Rum & Raisin Waffles!

I, was the loser; score's 2-1; and Esther was given the "Paparazzi" role; to snap pictures of me; going up and down the counter. HAHA.




While waiting for our waffle; we were making a list of the things to bring to Taipei; and we were blown away by the sheer amount of things that we have to bring!




*OKAY, ESTHER, asked me to put down the fact that I intend to bring 6 pairs of FOOTWEAR.

2 Compulsory Black Flats (For Work!)
1 Pair of Black Mary Jane Heels (Formal; and for shopping!)
1 Pair of Flip Flops
1 Pair of Track Shoes (They're actually tennis shoes; but owells; Still the same thing!)
1 Pair of Ballet Flats ( It's agonizing; having to choose a pair to bring!)


LOL! Is it that horrible?! NO isn't it?! IN FACT, it's OKAY isn't it?! Cos the shoes are for DIFFERENT FUNCTION, DIFFERENT PURPOSES. LOL!


OWELLS, I'm going to have my dinner now; (Veggie Rice), and I'm going to have to begin the long, long, process of PACKING MY LUGGAGE! More pictures soon! I promise!

Okay, I shall blog a little before going up to my room; I HAVE TO START WITH MY PACKING!!! YES; it's confirmed I guess; Esther, Sheila and I will be going down to the TW Embassy to get our visas; and we have to leave SG on either this coming Saturday or Sunday;

Just received an email from the Hotel; and we are required to report to work on Monday, 23 March, at 9.30am. GOSH. It's REALLY, happening.

ARGH. I still have tons of forms to fill in; which are in TRADITIONAL CHINESE. GEEZ. OKAY, I'll have to buck up! I NEED HELP!

The earlier part of the day is a bit confusing; so try to stay with me(:

1) Reached Harborfront at about, 8.40 to meet Sheila & Esther to go to the embassy;
When I received to bad news from Esther that we would have to go all the way back to SCHOOL, to get another form which we forgot.
2) The both of us made our way to Outram, to catch the GREEN line; when SHEILA called, to say that the Admin staff had made a mistake; NO NEED TO GO SCHOOL.
REACHED Harborfront again; realised; We've INDEED forgotten to bring a piece of document;
3) CALLED OFFICE; THANK GOODNESS FOR SOFT COPIES, INTERNET, & SHEILA; who had gone home to get her passport.
4) It's so friggin confusing and messed up!
5) BUT IT'S OVER! SO IT'S ALL GOOD NOW!


While waiting for Sheila, Esther & I walked around Vivocity for a little while and it was quite fun(: Took tons of photos; and she was so ever accomodating:D

We were right outside this shop, LVER, and I LOVED the door; it's so pretty!

Went over to the Embassy then; and we had to fill up a whole list of forms; and one can't help but feel a sense... confirmation; from this long... process; of going overseas.

6months! It's neither short nor a long period of time; but I know I will miss everything! OF course, my family, my friends, food, SHOPPING ( YES; no Topshop/Zara/F21 for 6mths!) And maybe, the weather; when I miss the warm sunshine during the 1st 2 months!

However; I got to say that the TW Embassy is fab! They didn't charge us for a 6mths visa; so it's wonderful:D Saved quite a bit on the visas; if not it will come up to a hundred odd per person.

Again, the darling girl is accomodating me:D LOVE YOU TO BITS ESTHER!

Esther & I went back to Vivocity then; and had a great time at PageONE; it's seriously one of my favorite bookstore; I love all the woody accents; and the great variety of books, editorials and CDS which you can get from one place(:
